I have watched the Eagle many times but it makes me sad. Rudy's sad state is so obvious to me; it's hard to watch him in this.

I have tried to resist (although not very hard) my fascination and obsession with Rudolph Valentino but it has been in vain. I found while I watched him coil around Alice Terry's character in The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse, telling her that she belonged to him, it was as if he coiled around my heart and bit into it .... I've been filled with him ever since.
