Random thoughts because I feel like it

Thoughts on Natasha:
One word I think most describes her: shrewd.

One picture I saw of her recently shows she kind of had a big nose. I think Natasha had moments of prettiness but I don't think she was beautiful, or really pretty; at least, not in the truest sense of the word beautiful. Marion Davis was beautiful.

I think Rudy was attracted to her strength in her character, the way she carried herself. She was a sensible woman who carried one very alike trait to Rudy and that's she cared a great deal about her appearance. I don't think she was conceited nor was Rudy but they had some good working pride that kept themselves in a position of honor.

***
Rudy's leading ladies:
My 2 favorite were Vilma and Agnes. Agnes looked like such a sweet non-conceited girl and with good humor and Vilma seemed like a warm hearted affectionate lady.

  • Hi, I very much enjoy your views.

I would like to mention tho, unlike "The Sheik" I do not think Rudy and Vilma are conversing in English in "Son of the Sheik." I think they are conversing in French. Vilma's English was very heavily accented, and the two in the movie might have conversed in French (her father an ex-patriate). It would be reasonable to assume Ahmed, Jr. would speak French, Arabic and English.

    Again, enjoy your blog.
